Where are you located?
DKG Rentals is based in Lawrenceville, GA, just minutes from the Mall of Georgia, inside Metro Self Storage. To help our customers save, we offer free self-pickup directly from our storage unit. We also provide delivery throughout Gwinnett County and surrounding areas for an additional fee.
How can I rent party supplies from your business?
Renting party supplies from DKG Rentals is easy! Simply, add the items and quantities you need to your cart, review your selections and rental period, and proceed to checkout. If you require delivery, be sure to select the delivery option. If no delivery is selected, we will assume you prefer to pick up your order. You will receive the pickup address upon booking. Alternatively, you can call us at 770-764-1995 to place your order directly.
Do I have to pay for each day I have the rentals?
Our standard rental period is 3 days (72 hours) at our base rate. If you need the items for more than 3 days, we offer a weekly rental rate. This ensures you have flexibility for longer events while keeping costs manageable.
What are the self-pickup times for rental items?
Items are available for pickup Monday through Friday during the following hours: 6-9am, 12-1pm, and 5-7pm. On weekends, pickup times are Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 12pm. Please note that tents are not available for pickup. Tents must be delivered, set up, and broken down by our staff only.
Do you offer setup and breakdown services for tables and chairs?
Yes, we offer table and chair setup and breakdown services for an additional fee. Please call us to discuss your specific needs. If you require setup services, let us know as soon as possible so we can ensure staff availability.
What payment options do you offer?
DKG Rentals offers a variety of convenient payment options, including debit and credit cards, bank transfers, PayPal, Affirm, Cash App Pay, Amazon Pay, and Klarna. Please note that we generally do not accept cash.
Can I make last-minute additions or changes to my party rental order?
Yes, last-minute changes or additions are possible, depending on item availability. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate your request. We're here to help you create the perfect party setup.
What if I need to cancel?
For standard bookings, full refunds are provided if cancelled at least 2 days in advance. For large/custom setups (especially those requiring subleased items), a full refund is provided if cancelled at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations made closer than these windows may result in partial refund or no refund, depending on how much preparation has already been done.
Do you have a bad weather policy for tents?
For severe weather, DKG Rentals will cancel the tent setup and offer a full refund. For light to moderate rain, DKG Rentals reserves the right to adjust the tent setup time. DKG Rentals will coordinate with the renter to agree on the new setup time. Tent takedown may be rescheduled to a different day depending on weather conditions. If the renter requests takedown during rain, a rain surcharge of $100 per 20x20 tent will apply.
Are your rental items cleaned and sanitized?
Yes, all our rental items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each use to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
What happens if rental items are damaged or lost?
The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rental items. Charges for damaged/lost/stolen items will be charged to the renter.
What if I can't find the item I need on your website?
If you do not see the item you need on our website, please give us a call and we may be able to accommodate your needs.
