How can I rent party supplies from your business?
Renting party supplies from DKG Rentals is easy! Simply visit our website and select the date range for your event. Our system will automatically display the available products and pricing for your chosen dates. Add the items and quantities you need to your cart, review your selections, and proceed to checkout. If you require delivery, be sure to select the delivery option. If no delivery is selected, we will assume you prefer to pick up your order. You will receive the pickup address upon booking. Alternatively, you can call us at 770-764-1995 to place your order directly.

What if I can't find the item I need on your website?
If you do not see the item you need on our website, please give us a call and we may be able to accommodate your needs.

What if I need to cancel?
Instead of a refund, you have the option to reschedule your event within a year, subject to item availability. If you wish to rent different items for your rescheduled event, we can accommodate your request based on availability. We're committed to working with you to ensure your event is a success.

What are the pickup times for rental items?
Items are available for pickup Monday through Friday during the following hours: 6-9am, 12-1pm, and 5-7pm. On weekends, pickup times are Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 12pm. Please note that tents are not available for pickup. They must be delivered, set up, and broken down by our staff only

Do I have to pay for each day I have the rentals?
Most of our items are available for a standard rental period of 1-3 days at our base rate. If you need the items for more than 3 days, we offer a weekly rental rate. This ensures you have flexibility for longer events while keeping costs manageable.

Do you offer setup and breakdown services?
Yes, we offer chair and table setup and breakdown services for an additional fee. The fee varies based on the type of chair and the location of the setup. Please call us to discuss your specific needs. If you require setup services, let us know as soon as possible so we can ensure staff availability.

What happens if rental items are damaged or lost?
The renter is responsible for any damage or loss of rental items. Charges for damaged or lost items will be charged to the renter.

Are your rental items cleaned and sanitized?
Yes, all our rental items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each use to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
